Today marks the end of National Gun Violence Survivors Week. Every day, over 200 Americans are affected by gun violence. Doing everything we can to protect victims is critical, which is why I authored #AB2137 last year.

Currently, courts can stop cities from issuing new building permits if their general plan is successfully challenged in court. #AB2137 would exempt housing construction from a court ordered suspension of issuing building permits. 53/
