Some students thrived in online learning. While it may be uncomfortable for some leaders, we need to continue to perfect virtual models and innovate to meet the needs and desires of students. Less focus on problems and more creating solutions to the problems! #rtmk12

Think about what worked well during COVID and how to continue those innovations post-COVID (virtual IEP and IGP meetings, etc). Some things worked better for families. If we aren’t careful, we will return to business as usual without reflecting on what worked well! #rtmk12
