How much collective time and energy do we really need to spend critiquing leaders for imperfect decisions made with imperfect information during a period of great uncertainty? Wouldn’t we be better served by focusing on what to do moving forward? 7/7

This has been the dominant approach to advanced learning in US schools for some time: cut it in the name of equity.

Honestly? This fits my prior. 'Teacher training' is the go-to intervention for so many efforts in education. And it really shouldn't be.

The most striking difference between academia and 'industry' is how quickly expense reports are processed. And it's not even close.
