Rockville's Memorial Day ceremony and musical tribute is on as scheduled at 9 a.m. in Rockville Town Center. The Memorial Day parade at 10:30 a.m. is canceled due to the forecast of severe weather.

Today, Joe Vogel, Ryan Spiegel, and I submitted public comments against the MTA's proposal to reduce service on the commuter bus line between Shady Grove Metro and BWI. Rather than scaling back service, we should be exploring ways to expand public transportation options.
