I do. I think Susie is way more interesting than Suzy. I love Volk (choreography + music) and the actual significance of dance. I like the microcosm of human suffering offered by Klemperer and his wife.

I prefer my MCs to be unlikable tbh, or at least deeply flawed. What I will say about this, though: your unlikable MC better be treated as such by the world they live in, OR have some sort of sociopathic streak that allows them to 'mask' their unlikability.
