I used a prompt technique called 'Few Shot Promoting' to summarize customer feedbacks and give a sentiment score :)
I used Flows to keep the records updated with AI generated summarize and score.

In non preview the Field__c column has the API value of the pick list.
With Summer24, they are both the Label Value.
