Next stop on our #mentalhealthawarenessweek roster of activities - yoga with the amazing Helen Braithwaite 🧘‍♀️It was a welcome break in the day to challenge themselves, release tension and feel strong, leaving the team feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Next in our week of activities to boost mental health through movement, the team took part in a tai chi workshop. We learnt all about the mental and physical benefits of the practice, including reducing stress levels, improving balance and aiding recovery from injury.

This Mental Health Awareness Week, we're excited to focus on the theme of Movement. Today, we took advantage of a break in the rain and enjoyed a refreshing 'wellbeing walk' along the canal near our Market Harborough office at lunchtime! #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #MHAW24
