Christian Casteel, DO Londyn Robinson, MD Liz Ebbens, MD, FAAP I think there really is value to working close to the resident and attending schedule as a med student. How do you know otherwise? Regularly so tired you can’t see straight, might not be the choice for your future. Lifestyle by specialty is very different.

Elle, MD We had a sick pregnant patient in the ER last week. The OB residents were at conference til 12 PM. The attending came to see the patient and said they would admit but not until after 12 PM because they “don’t do admit or medication orders.” Not can’t do. Don’t do.

Christian Casteel, DO Londyn Robinson, MD Liz Ebbens, MD, FAAP I worked directly with my OBGYN attending (30+ years into her career) 12-16 hour days M-F and call every other weekend. My longest day was 22 hours with 2 hours off before the next day started. No idea how/why she lives like that. 1 month was enough.

Pat Rothfuss I’m trying to figure out how The First Binding by R.R. Virdi got published as a beat to beat plagiarism of NOTW from beginning ti end…the most hopeful answer I can come up with is that it is you publishing under a different name?
