Having an awesome time organizing 2023 APS CUWiP at Princeton! We started the day with an awesome biophysics talk by Sarah Veatch, headed to breakout sessions, a career panel, keynote and more! #APSCUWIP Princeton CUWiP American Physical Society
We are excited to launch our annual search for Center Fellows. We are looking for both theorists and experimentalists to join a very interactive community. Fellows have a great deal of independence and flexibility, and 'belong' to the Center as a whole. biophysics.princeton.edu/opportunities
Next in our series of symposia: One day with a wide range of topics in the #PhysicsofLife , from a collection of PhD students and postdoctoral fellows.

My first postdoc paper from the Andrew Leifer (@[email protected]) Lab is out in eLife - the journal! We study the neural dynamics of locomotion in the C. elegans brain, using a linear model to predict behavior. Check it out here- elifesciences.org/articles/66135
SACNAS conference #SACNAS2020 . Physics ADI team #PrincetonPhysicsEDI will be participating at a virtual information booth with the Graduate School's Access, Diversity and Inclusion (ADI) team Access, Diversity and Inclusion at PU Grad School

I'm looking forward to #ShutDownSTEM tomorrow and participating in the journal club and physics town hall. We need to address these issues and come up with concrete ways to fight systemic racism in academia. More resources/info here: shutdownstem.com
New today: eLife - the journal digest (+ formatted manuscript) for recent work from Michigan Biophysics students (now doctors!) Kelsey Hallinen and J. Karlake.

I’m super excited that work from my PhD in Kevin Wood’s lab is published in eLife - the journal ! Check out cool dynamics of bacteria in mixed drug-resistant and drug-sensitive populations.doi.org/10.7554/eLife.…
The time is now! From now until 4pm the tweet w/the most retweets gets $1,000 to the fund of their choice. On this #GivingBlueday , we hope this is us! Help us win! This money will help us continue our outreach efforts throughout next year! #givingbluesacnas #umich #STEMeducation
Congratulations to CPBF faculty and worm neuroscientist extraordinaire Andrew Leifer (@[email protected]) who was awarded an NIH New Innovator Award today! princeton.edu/news/2019/10/0…
Come to Michigan Biophysics Preview. Meet the faculty, students and learn about our program and great science.
Excited to give my talk this morning studying E. faecalis biofilms and their response to antibiotics at #asmbiofilms
