Whitehaven’s boys advance to state after winning the 4 x 400 in 3:23.46. Central is a close second and White Station and Cordova also advance to Spring Fling.

Khari Webb will sleep soundly tonight! After winning three individual events, she anchors Collierville’s 4 x 400 relay to wrap up state qualifying. Dragons finish in 3:57.21. Houston, Bartlett and Whitehaven advance to state as well.

Andrew Moore of Bartlett is headed to state as the sectional champ after winning the 3,200 in 9:54.56. Andrew Graham of Colliervillle, Clark Wade of Arlington and Bartlett’s Dante Torres qualify as well. Congrats!

Kaley Byrd of Bartlett is your 3,200 sectional champ in a time of 11:34.58. Nora Newhouse (Houston), Martha Kate Jessop (Houston) and Scarlett Nash (Collierville) advance as well. Congrats!

After winning the 100 earlier, Southwind’s Karlisa Mungen takes the sectional title in 24.44 to advance to state. Houston’s Shantel Reed is second. I think I mis-spelled her Jane earlier. Peyton Miller (Bartlett) and Ehi Aigbomian (Collierville) also qualify.

Jarryn Lowe of White Station adds an 800 sectional title to the 1,600 he won earlier and is heading to state. Winning time was 1:56.96. Titus Tanui of Germantown, Central’s Jackson Hines and Kiylen Jones of Whitehaven qualify as well. Congrats!

Former St. George’s standout Reagan Burford just did a bit of yard work for Ole Miss on Senior Day. In his tribute video, he said he became a Rebels fan after watching Dexter McCluster rack up 400 yards against Tennessee. Didn’t we all lol?
