Texas won't try to ban 18- to 20-year-olds from carrying handguns in public. A federal judge ruled earlier this year that such a ban was unconstitutional, which Texas said it would appeal, but Texas DPS Director Steven McCraw withdrew the appeal this week. bit.ly/3vacVog
