On our recent residential trip the youth forum had the opportunity to learn lots of skills including cooking! Everyone had a go over the weekend and we ate well!😋 Metro Outdooors
What a fantastic weekend for InVoice, our youth forum, on their residential. Fun, adventure & new friendships. Thanks to Metro Outdooors, the amazing young people, volunteers & staff who made it happen. Here are some of the crew this morning...
It's a busy week for the intandem team with an event tomorrow and our youth forum residential trip starting on Friday. Neither would have been possible without lots of learning, collaboration and listening 💪 #MakeItHappen
Brilliant to see YMCA Kirkcaldy in the Fife Today press appealing for volunteer mentors for intandem in Fife. Read the story 👉Appeal for more positive role models to join InTandem - Fife-wide mentoring project (fifetoday.co.uk)

Thank you to all our intandem coordinators & volunteer mentors working closely with young people in kinship care. The support offered is often much more than mentoring, they are a listening ear to kinship carers & signpost to much-needed services #KinshipCareWeek
It's #KinshipCareWeek ! Our mentoring programme gives young people living in kinship care the opportunity to have a mentor for as long as they need it. It can make such a positive difference - help attend school, try new things & someone to talk to outside the family.
Great to see a session this morning for kinship carers covering welfare and benefits, thanks Kinship Care Advice Service for Scotland
I can't believe it's been a year since our intandem event Edinburgh Zoo! It was a brilliant day, bringing together over 100 intandem mentors & mentees. Young people loved it so much it was the start of a project with our youth forum, InVoice, to organise even more events💪
