We are proud to watch Gitanjali Rao and many young women leading in innovation 👏👏 We coordinated with U.S. Commerce Dept. to nominate Rao, who invented a device to detect lead in water when she was 16 years old, inspired to help during the water crisis in Flint, Michigan.

On this International Day of the Girl, it is my honor to host the first-ever 'Girls Leading Change' celebration at the White House to recognize 15 young women who are leading change and shaping a brighter future in their communities.
