James Webb of Sydney, Australia, beats Miki Sudo, Joey Chestnut, Geoffrey Esper, Nick Wehry, Gideon Oji and others National Buffalo Wing Festival, downing 271 wings in 12 minutes.

This is last year’s final Buffalo National Buffalo Wing Festival results, with Miki Sudo ⭐️ edging out Joey Chestnut. But I just saw Joey and Miki at the pre-party, and Joey is looking fit, hungry and focused. (Miki said she is keeping her title, however.)

Major League Eating mourns the passing of longtime MLE Commissioner and former competitive eating great Charles Hardy. He was known as the Godfather to the eating world and as Hungry Charles Hardy to fans. He was a great person who will be sorely missed.

Bartley Weaver IV, ranked number 16 in the world, with 41 hot dogs and buns for a fifth place finish at Nathan’s in 2023. According to Sam Barclay, his glutes have abs (or his delts have lats — I forget).

I don’t know where this young man lives, but we need him on stage next year.
