My hemoglobin was over 100 today for the first time since re-diagnosis in March. My oncologist: “What are you going to DO with all those red blood cells?” Nice to have some good news for a change!

Just saw the first post in a neighbourhood group looking for a teacher or ECE to “support the learning” of students from five families bubbled together for the coming school year.

It’s amazing how being diagnosed as terminal changes what you care about. A LOT LESS about what people think, for one. It’s freeing, after a career based primarily on that very thing.
