Yesterday war refusnik Tal Mitnick was sentenced to 45 more days in military jail and another 15 on probation. So far Tal has served cumulative prison terms of 105 days.

In today’s Chamber judgment in the case of Kanatlı v. Türkiye ECtHR held, unanimously a violation of Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
