“100,000 people will come downtown Vancouver for Taylor Swift The Era’s Tour just in the hopes of being able to hear her from outside BC Place,” says Michelle Collens from the City of Vancouver. “The “Taylor Effect” is real.”

“There are about 2900 hotel rooms in the pipeline right now,” says Rohaan, Director of Destination Events at Destination Vancouver. “500 rooms are slated to go live by the time the 2026 FIFA World Cup comes around.”
