Maintenance Advisory | Bear Creek Trail:
Trail repair work through Bear Valley Park begins this week and is scheduled to last 2-3 weeks. Temporary paths are in place for trail users to get around the repair sites. Please use extra caution in these areas.

Starting 4/17, minor repairs along the Bear Creek Trail between Fenton St. and Webster St. will begin. Repairs are expected to take three months with temporary paths in place for trail users to go around the sites.

Applications for Public Events, Special Occasions, and Tournaments are now being accepted for activities held June 8 or later only, as the department works to hire seasonal park staff. All other permit types remain remain unaffected. Find more details: denvergov.org/Government/Age…

Heads up! Water being released from the Cherry Creek dam due to snow and runoff may cause minor flooding in low areas of Cherry Creek between Downing St. and Confluence Park today and possibly tomorrow. Crews will clean up any debris once water has receded.

Glenarm Rec Center will be open from 8a.-5 pm today for anyone who needs a place to warm up. A designated area is available for warming with access to drinking water, restrooms, and a place to sit. All other Denver Parks & Recreation and Denver Public Library locations will be closed.
