For me, Whatever It Takes means drafting proposals non-stop with my bargaining commitee from 9am til 1am for the last 7 days straight. Can't wait to do it again tomorrow and bring home a fair contract. And if management can't meet us at the table, you know where I'll be Monday.✊

they love to brag about how many queer employees they have, but spit in our faces when we ask for adequate access to healthcare

listening to managements reps be like 'sry not sry' about this at bargaining rn was INSANE. these people have never considered what it might be like to not make a million dollars a minute. trans healthcare is life-saving + its embarrassing to work for a company that doesnt agree.
