At #SIDS 4 today I met with several #SmallStates & #SIDS leaders to discuss their climate goals & concerns for #COP29 .

Climate finance is crucial for adaptation, mitigation & addressing loss & damage.

Together, we must ensure they get the support they need.

Deeply concerned to hear that 160 women and children have been abducted by suspected militants in Nigeria.

My thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their worried families and Government of Nigeria during this difficult time.

We must ensure their safe and immediate return.
