The Outdoors are really cool for the Carmuirs Primary #YouthAction in the #community Group, fire lighting with flints and building resilience and communication skills & mindfulness in the woods today as part of their #DynamicYouthAward Youth Scotland The National Lottery Community Fund Scotland Tamfourhill community hub & TTRO

When our young people are communicating stressed behaviour, we must regulate, relate, and reason in that sequence. We must not go straight for the cortex. Pupils cannot reason when their emotions are not regulated.
