Have you ever wondered what our #BrownBears get up to at night? The yearlings, Tim and Jess, are still super-close siblings; our animal care team report they curl up together in a wood wool nest each night to sleep!

A reticulated giraffe's spots are unique to them, much like a human fingerprint, and they're a great tool that helps our team figure out who's who. Learn more in our latest video about how to tell these gentle giants in our giraffe group apart!

'Ope - let me just sneak right past ya.' - Emperor newts probably.

#DYK newts are also salamanders? #Newts are the term given to the group of salamanders that mainly live their life on land. Emperor newts are usually land-dwellers, but will enter waterways in order to breed.

Look who we spotted on #InternationalLeopardDay ! It's our 13-year-old Amur leopard, Lisa. You may notice that she is sometimes seen in our snow leopard habitat. This new-to-her space gives her new enrichment to experience and explore! Visit her on Big Cat Walkway. #AmurLeopard
