My two events yesterday showed The Labour Party as a team working together.
First, with Rachel Reeves on how we will deliver growth.
Second, with John Healey MP on how we will keep Britain safe.
Our foreign policy will reconnect Britain for our prosperity and security at home.
Last week John Healey MP and I visited Kyiv with a simple message:
There may be a change of government this year, but there will be no change in the UK's military, diplomatic, political or financial support to Ukraine.
The Labour Party will stand with Ukraine until it wins.
In conversation with Mark Urban, Shadow Defence Secretary John Healey MP and Shadow Foreign Secretary David Lammy delved into the main security and defence challenges in the UK and worldwide.

.Keir Starmer and I were moved earlier to meet with family members of hostages still held by Hamas terrorists. The pain they are facing 227 days later is unimaginable.
Hamas must release all the hostages now. We need an immediate ceasefire from all sides.
This morning Margaret Hodge and I led a tour of some of the luxury properties in Kensington owned by notorious autocrats and oligarchs but hidden behind trusts and shell companies, ahead of David Lammy speech on corruption at IPPR today.
A hugely welcome package of reforms to tackle dirty money from David Lammy - including the use of opaque trusts to launder money, the role of enablers and international cooperation between financial centres. In Kensington this will have a big impact. ft.com/content/826c83…
