Avila University Women's Soccer when coach says you had a great spring scrimmage last night and your legs are toast from going max effort, you earn a 30 mobility session with 10mins of restorative breathing. @avila_athletics
In their new weekend schedule, Avila Softball will face:
Bellevue Bruins and MVC Athletics at 2/4 PM on Sunday
Raven Athletics and Concordia Bulldogs at 2/4 PM on Monday
All games will be played at Homefield in KCK and streamed live on the Avila Sports Network!
