🔋 Electricity storage will play important role in further increasing of renewable solar capacity&strengthening the resilience of the grid.

5️⃣0️⃣ years ago on this day, Hungary, Czechoslovakia and Yugoslavia agreed to build the #Adria #oil #pipeline ! 🤝

🇭🇺 The receiving point of the Adria pipeline in Hungary is located at #MOL 's #DanubeRefinery in Százhalombatta, which we visited in October 2022.

🇸🇰🇭🇺 Yesterday's Council meeting was also a good opportunity to meet the Slovak delegation in Brussels.

🤝🏻 W/DeputyPM Denisa Saková - ministerka vnútra SR Denisa Saková we reviewed the priorities of the upcoming HUN Pres, incl:
- strengthening energy sovereignty,&
- creating a secure, resilient e-sector.

🔋HU supports the acceleration of the licensing of renewable energy sources, but opposes the extension of the measures on prolongation of gas price cap & the prenotification & approval of new gas contracts by #Brussels .
