Mr. William Onyai emphasized the urgency of addressing drug abuse in the area & the need to seek counseling services.
He also encouraged young people to prioritize condom use & to stay engaged in productive activities rather than being idle.

Youth leaders from AHF Uganda Cares are currently conducting a community dialogue on drug and substance abuse at Lacor Center in Gulu.
This is due to the alarming rates of drug abuse among young people, exacerbating the risk of HIV infections.
