Right, 777 Partners' #EFC plan is at the stage of Paddington taking its hand. It is Matthew Bevilacqua being offered a diet soda by Tony Soprano. It isn't a viable solution, and even if they find the money (from where?!) the PL would be negligent to allow it. It's done. Toast.

Broadcasters won't be continuing to just pay more for much longer. The music is already slowing. For a competition that has seen its dominance built on its ability to generate huge sums from TV revenue, the next steps are absolutely vital.
