Thank ASA Section on Statistics in Genomics and Genetics for the opportunity of having me give a banquet talk at the Inaugural StatGen meeting on navigating statistics and AI for genomics and health. Many great discussions from the audience. We all need to be open-minded, think out of box, take risk when embracing AI.
Thank very much, ASA Section on Statistics in Genomics and Genetics for this incredible honor. ASA Section on Statistics in Genomics and Genetics is close to my heart. Fantastic to see it has grown from 0 member to almost 900 members in 9 years with many people’s help. Thank the organizing committee for making the inaugural StatGen meeting a great success💐!
