Just after 1:15pm, dispatch received reports of an adult male who fell approx. 20ft while rock climbing in the Steep Ravine area, just south of Stinson Beach. Marin County Fire units responded & promptly requested support from CHP H-30 for a quicker extraction. CHP H-30 arrived..

The town has “become like Martha’s Vineyard on the West Coast,” said August Temer, co-owner of Breakers Cafe on Highway 1 in Stinson Beach. “It’s not people’s primary residence.”

Was May 4th our last rain of the season? IF so, that was a doozy but 10 to 16 day outlooks show little to no rain. EC-AI hints at bit but most Global models keep us dry.

I'm on record as saying we'd see one more rain before closing the book on the season but nothing yet.
