Sand martins are back in the Sand martin hide again. Visitor Cam Parfitt took this photo of a martin carrying nesting material back to a nest hole. We have now closed the windows in the sand martin hide for the season to minimize disturbance to the birds while they are nesting.

Children of the West Sussex Young Carers Family Service were treated to a free visit to WWT Arundel, made possible through the WWT’s partnership with the National Garden Scheme. The children said a highlight was seeing our Dalmatian pelicans.
