#Auroras are beautiful, but #solarstorm s may also cause global disruptions. Games and Gaming Lab & UofG PhysAstro have worked since 2022 on #wargaming Carrington 2.0, modern equivalent of large 1859 #solarstorm . Hope to test new prototype in coming weeks (adding current #SpaceWeather !).
