As we celebrated Zimbabwe's 44th independence day, Mutare was made aware of a worrying development at the gate of the Cecil Kopje nature reserve. An inversion of an officially recognized Wetland! The wetland sits on 5.4 hectares on stand 7568 of Mutare.

One of the senior residents in Sakubva ward 1 is proposing that Mutare City's should consider turning Mushando bar into a market since its not in use.Residents are walking a long distance to access the vegetable market in Chikanga.

Residents leaving adjacent to Yeovil cemetry are lamenting that children are now in the habit of imitating mourners during their child plays or mahumbwe .A wall should be constructed as soon as possible to restore restore the dignity of residents living near the cemetry.

Residents in Mutare are complaining that water billing is done based on estimates therefore some households are being overcharged .It was highlighted that some of the water meters in different surbubs are not working and there is need for replacement #WePayYouDeliver
