So when looking at @cpsuk track record, from Police Spies Out of Lives #SpyCops scandal or the 2015 'not guilty' verdict of Anthony Long, Metropolitan Police marksman who shot and killed Azelle Rodney in 2005.
We are not optimistic about a police murder conviction.

A murder charging decision against a police officer is rare so this is a big moment.
We think of Remember Oluwale - in 1969, Leeds city police officers killed David Oluwale. It led to the first successful prosecution of British officers regarding the death of a Black person.

The facts of Chris' murder were clear.
After Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) completed their investigation referred to the CPS, they took SIX MONTHS to charge the killer, extending the anguish of the family

This year on 2nd September, we joined the Kaba family and campaign on the streets of Westminster to demand Chris' killer is charged.
We believe this pressure forced Crown Prosecution Service to press a murder charge against the Metropolitan Police officer who killed Chris.
