Last week I received my MBE from the Prince of Wales, it was a truly special day for me and my family. It gave me such joy to see the pride on my family’s faces throughout the morning at Windsor Castle.

A wonderful, meaningful way for my track achievements to be recognised.

Sessions introduce athletes and coaches to race walking leading to an introductory race at the North Wales Endurance Open on 24th May.
