The Bell Island Brief was unique as students were tasked with designing a research retreat Ctr on a barrier island where researchers can study at the water’s edge. They spend a weekend walking the land with the owner and mapping out the plan. We are excited to see what develops

Wellspring Living needed help connecting their mission of ending sex trafficking to their thrift stores. They also wanted to bring in younger shoppers and help spread their message. Marie Graham led her brief to some high impact work. “This is work is so professional!”

To say the freshmen hosted a dinner doesn’t do justice to the depth of the work. They were intentional about the UX design for their guests. Alan Harris guided the science of every dish while Emily Wilcox led the branding & design. G9 Ss worked hard & cared about the result.

Innovation Diploma G9s did a great job with their first huge #studentled event: Senior Dinner! This year’s theme, Memory Island, had amazing games, decor, & food, AND they pulled it off with almost no help from teachers. Nothing better than a night of #studentagency , #pbl , & good friends!

Innovation Diploma has a beloved tradition of the freshmen creating, hosting, and producing a celebratory dinner for our iD seniors, and it’s tonight! The dinner is the culminating work for both their molecular gastronomy and graphic design courses, which is a delicious combination. #pbl
