It’s publication week for #TheClockworkConspiracy and what better way to start than Sam Sedgman signing a TON of pre-ordered books with West End Lane Books ! It was also my little Margot’s first trip to a bookshop, safe to say she was right at home 😅

We're deeply saddened by the loss of Benjamin Zephaniah, a pioneering Dub Poet and Author whose energy, vibe, and unapologetic work paved the way for Black British Writers. We're forever grateful for his contributions and commitment. He’s legacy will live on forever.

A once-in-a-lifetime experience last night: Bloomsbury Kids & YA UK organised a dinner inside the St Pancras Clocktower to celebrate 'The Clockwork Conspiracy', and it was the coolest place I've eaten in my life!

Such a joy to climb Big Ben with a dozen lovely librarians and introduce them all to THE CLOCKWORK CONSPIRACY! ⏰📚🥰

I also got to thank the tour guides for inspiring the book on a visit with my dad 7 years ago. Westminster's guides are lovely & you should all visit if you can!

What a thrilling time our library assistant had climbing the Elizabeth Tower for an amazing book launch #BigBenTours Bloomsbury Kids & YA UK & Sam Sedgwick thank you for the opportunity (& chocolate), we'll now fight over reading the proof! #TheClockworkConspiracy

As if a new book by Sam Sedgman wasn't exciting enough, I got to go on an incredible tour to the top of Big Ben to see the inner workings that inspired the book. Mind truly blown. Thank you, Bloomsbury Kids & YA UK Emily Marples. Can't wait to share this one with pupils!
