After school yesterday our young martial artists participated in their first Karate exam. We are incredibly proud to say that all of those participating earnt their yellow belt!

Last night was our Years 7&8 production of Alice in Wonderland. The pupils put on an incredible performance and truly transported the audience down the rabbit hole to Wonderland! Well done to our Years 7&8 pupils!

This morning our Year 2 pupils had a busy and successful morning as they held a second hand toy sale! All the money raised today will be used to buy saplings which the Year 2 pupils themselves will then plant around the school grounds! Well done Year 2!

On Saturday evening the Terra Nova community was treated to a spectacular event as we saw the welcome return of the Terra Nova Summer Ball. This year the theme was 'The Greatest Showman' and the night certainly exceeded all our expectations!

Yesterday our Year 4 pupils had a great time creating their own Maths games for each other to play. They thought about the different topics that they have covered throughout the summer term and created questions relating to these for their opponents to answer!

The weather is so beautiful today that one of our visiting music teachers, Mr Maddon brought his guitar lessons outdoors! A lovely change of scenery for our pupils to develop their guitar skills and just as pleasant for those walking past!

In Nursery this week our children have been focusing on STEM. The week has been themed around sea life and in their first activity the children made salt dough starfish. They helped to make the dough, roll it out and use cutters to create their starfish.

In their Science lessons on Monday morning our Year 6 pupils were tasked with creating their own fossils!

Yesterday our Year 8 pupils travelled to London for their Activity Week. After all of their hard work in their recent Common Entrance examinations they are all well deserving of this lovely break! They explored the wonders of the Natural History Museum and St Paul’s Cathedral!
