My message of recovery would be TALK. When I was at my lowest with PND my partner reached out to our HV. We had to go through 3 HVs until we found a good ‘un but when we did she was a lifeline. We talked, we set targets, & she *got it*. #MMHAW24 #MaternalMentalHealth
