For #TUDublinGreenWeek , the School of #CulinaryArts & Food Technology invited Odile Le Bolloch, environmental scientist with Ireland's EPA to speak about food waste prevention & behaviour change in the food sector, supporting a 50% reduction in food waste by 2030.

As part of our activities at the School of #CulinaryArts & Food Technology during #TUDublinGreenWeek Masters students (led by lecturer Anke Klitzing), organised two Food Systems debates aimed at tacking the wicked problems of Ireland’s National Herd and Food Waste redistribution.
