On 26th May, 2024, there'll be a four hour outdoor (weather permitting) stick and ink drawing workshop with Dales artist Katharine Holmes.

A big thank you to WÖR for visiting Risedale School and performing for our Year 7s on Friday 9th June as part of the community and education programme that the Swaledale Festival provides.
Big thanks to Swaledale Festival — absolutely LOVE visiting this stupendously beautiful place, and it was a joy to debut Brett Dean and my duo programme here, including the WP of his ‘I Starred Last Night, I Shone’. Can’t wait to revisit it soon. Now off to Leeds Lieder tonight!

Fourteen Risedale School pupils were given the opportunity to work with visual artist Rachel Antrill and sound artist, Patrick Green, to produce a collaborative artwork for the Swaledale Festival annual exhibition.
