The last few months I’ve been working on a very exciting project.

I’m currently training for the biggest running challenge I have ever taken on! Running 4 ultra marathons in 4 days and we are making a documentary about it!

Can’t wait to share more about it with you very soon!

The Brits 22 years ago! It was our very first performance together as a band - we were so nervous and the moment we stepped out onto the stage, the music industry started to boo us! Our time in the band wasn’t “pure & simple”

3 years ago I completely changed my life, quit drinking, went plantbased and took up running.

For the past few years I have been running marathons/ultras, (currently in training for my next ultra marathon)

And I run an online wellness community - The Happy Health Club.

I know I keep threatening 2 get back into using twitter but I mean it this time… I think! 😆 Just s**t at multi-tasking with all the different social media platforms but once upon a time I loved this platform - here I go again!
