Being trauma informed isn't a tick box exercise or an agenda, it is a culture, an ethos and a way of being. It is more than just going on some training- it should be evident in practice, relationships, environments and mindsets! It takes dedication but the impact is huge!

I've been working on improving children's mindset lately. We have been doing different activities and having lots of conversations. Yesterday, I came home to find my daughter had written these affirmations on the mirror 👏 I am already seeing a shift in their thinking! ❤️
