April 18, 2024 - the day the #Malaysia microscopy community got together, explored common problems, strategized solutions, and unified into an organization ready to enhance the imaging capabilities regionally. From Okinawa to this in 2 weeks. All goals accomplished 😎.

Here we go... Taking the first step toward building a microscopy network and infrastructure in #SoutheastAsia . Stay tuned.

I had mixed research experiences as an undergraduate and was unsure about research. I decided to give it a shot as a postbac, & it was transformative. I used those experiences to inform the postbac program in the laboratory, now soliciting applications.
