Next up Forest Close intensive rehab service. They have changed decision making about leave, transfers, formulations, collaboration and communication with service users and for 6 months have had no RPs. Communication and relationships #LRPC24 Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS FT

Finally Dovedale2 are talking about their work with #safewards #LRPC24 . Safewards remains our clinical intervention model of choice to reduce the need for RPs Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS FT

Handovers historically focus on the negative aspects of the day and this not only impacts staff perception but could also impact patient self-esteem.

Positive terminology can help change this! 🫶🏼✨
