In partnership with UtuWetu, we convened members of the Coalition Against Sexual Violence, Survivors of Sexual Violence in Kenya and other stakeholders for a Universal Periodic Review (UPR) capacity building session led by Gilbert Onyango, ED - The East African Centre for Human Rights and Coordinator UPR Coalition Kenya.

Our team is currently participating in the 2024 United Nations Civil Society Conference, emphasizing our commitment to addressing sexual violence. The conference serves as a vital forum for networking and sharing views, expertise, and best practices on relevant issues. #UNCSC2024

Our Executive Director made a courtesy visit to Hon. Hellen Onkwani, the Makadara Law Courts Principal Magistrate and Secretary of the International Association of Women Judges Kenya Chapter. During the visit, she presented the Survivors' Charter and Principles of Survivor Care to the magistrate. 1/
