It's been quite a while since we had the inaugural release of the first 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘆 release back in 2019. That time the 5yo Pot Still was finished in Oloroso casks of Jerez in Spain. This was followed up with a Pinot Noir finish

Triple-distilled single pot still (includes Barra oats in the mashbill) whiskey matured in Sicilian Marsala casks for the last seven years. Lovely whiskey, took me ten minutes to figure out how to open the box which I basically fondled like it was the thing from Hellraiser.

This shot will send you to 'Paradise'!
Pour 1 1/6 oz of @sheddistillery , 2/3 oz apricot brandy and 1/2 oz OJ in a shaker. Shake, then pour into a chilled glass! #paradise #shot #salsbeverageworld
