Just finished Night of the Mannequins by Stephen Graham Jones
This is a pretty fucked up story. But Sawyer is a pretty fucked up dude.
It's disturbing and I would venture to say unsettling, but in one of the most unsettling ways you could be unsettling.
One of my very favorites by Mr Jones.
Mum, I've fell in love with a teenage slasher, Stephen Graham Jones once again proves he's the master at the slasher genre, thankyou Saga Press

Yesterday I finished Stephen Graham Jones’s My Heart is a Chainsaw. Whoa. Never have I read a book that so transported me into a slasher. Have you ever thought about how hard that is, to effectively write something that feels like a movie genre? Anyways, go read it. Excited to read the trilogy
I've been crawling my way through Stephen Graham Jones 's #TheAngelofIndianLake since release day because:
a. I don't want it to be over
b. All of the crying

18). “The Angel of Indian Lake”. I don’t read that much horror like this usually but Stephen Graham Jones’s Jade Daniels trilogy has been a worthwhile exception. #100booksin2024
Just finished Angel Of Indian Lake, wraps up one of the best trilogies I’ve read . Stephen Graham Jones talks about plot maybe being life. Jade really does bring that to life. At times over the 3 books, at times she seemed to be the “old” unreliable narrator but maybe that’s just life.
No surprise but The Angel of Indian Lake broke me 😭😭 thank you Stephen Graham Jones for bringing Jade Daniels into the world! #JadeDanielsismyfinalgirl
