I commend the decision by U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to finally approve the #ETH ETP.

This week, I sent a letter with colleagues on both sides of the aisle asking for the SEC to maintain a consistent, fair, and equitable approach for digital asset-backed ETPs.

I'm glad to finally get this done.🇺🇸

Yesterday's vote in the House approving #FIT21 sent a clear message that there's a strong bipartisan coalition supporting a regulatory structure for #crypto .

I urge my colleagues in the Senate to get this done for the American people.

Gary Gensler must withdraw SAB 121 before President Biden is forced to choose sides on an issue that matters to many Americans.
