Tom Emmer Emmer's bill, which I am proud to support, would stop one from trampling on our constitution.

As a farmer, I support a #FarmBill that unburdens our agriculture economy from unnecessary and costly regulations.

I’ve had enough of Biden Administration officials regulating by enforcement. That’s why I support #FIT21 , legislation that will prevent the government from standing in the way of digital innovation.

The bill includes critical guardrails that will protect consumers and foster

#FIT21 would:

✔ Require digital asset developers to provide accurate and critical disclosures to consumers

✔ Determine specific responsibilities of federal regulators

✔ Specify which digital asset transactions are under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and of the CFTC

The average household in Tennessee is paying $995 more per month to purchase the same goods and services as in January 2021.

This is a direct result of President Biden's inflationary spending policies.
