Regan Smith will be back in a race car ... July 20 at Riverside International Speedway in the IWK 250. Smith won the 2008 event at the 1/3rd-mile high-banked track in Nova Scotia and will be driving the Nova Racing No. 24 car sponsored by race sponsor Cat Car for Kids.
